  • CARBO GPT (the AI-powered software, tools, and assistants)

  • CARBO.CLOUD (the underlying platform, dashboards, APIs, and systems)

  • GETCARBO.CO.UK (the website used for access, onboarding, information, and account management)

 

Together referred to as the “Services”.

 

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

  • “User” – any authorised individual accessing the Services

  • “Platform” – CARBO.CLOUD and its associated systems

  • “Gateway Site” – GETCARBO.CO.UK

 

 

4. Eligibility and Account Registration

 

You must:

 

  • Be at least 16 years old

  • Have legal authority to enter into binding contracts

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

 

You are responsible for:

 

  • All activity conducted under your Account

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials

  • Ensuring authorised users comply with these Terms

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that breach these Terms.

CARBO GPT provides AI-powered assistance, automation, analysis, and support tools. Outputs are generated algorithmically and may include errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

 

CARBO GPT does not provide:

  • Financial advice

  • Medical advice

  • Regulatory or compliance guarantees

 

All outputs are informational only and must be independently verified.

 

 

5.2 CARBO.CLOUD

 

CARBO.CLOUD provides access to:

 

  • Dashboards

  • AI agents

  • Integrations

  • Data storage

  • Workflow tools

 

Functionality may change, evolve, or be improved over time.

 

 

5.3 GETCARBO.CO.UK

 

GETCARBO.CO.UK is the gateway site used for:

 

  • Marketing

  • Accessing the CARBO.CLOUD platform

 

 

6. Subscription, Billing, and Payments

 

Where paid plans apply:

 

  • Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis

  • Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise

  • Trials, discounts, or promotions may be withdrawn at any time

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

 

We use third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details.

 

 

7. Acceptable Use

 

You must not use the Services to:

 

  • Break any law or regulation

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

  • Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorised access

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform

  • Misrepresent AI output as professional advice

  • Use outputs in high-risk or regulated decisions without verification

 

Abuse, misuse, or circumvention of safeguards will result in immediate termination and legal action.

  • CARBO.CLOUD

  • GETCARBO.CO.UK

  • Software, code, UI, branding, and documentation

 

remain the exclusive property of The A17 Business Group Ltd.

 

No licence is granted except as expressly stated.

 

 

8.2 User Content

 

You retain ownership of data you upload.

 

By using the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that data solely to provide the Services.

 

 

9. AI Outputs and Responsibility

 

You acknowledge that:

 

  • AI outputs are generated probabilistically

  • Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect

  • You remain fully responsible for how outputs are used

 

We are not liable for decisions, losses, or outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

 

Human oversight is your responsibility.

 

 

10. Data Protection and Privacy

 

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

 

Depending on context, we may act as:

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have lawful authority to upload and process data within the platform.
