1. Overview

 

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases, subscriptions, and payments made for:

 

  • CARBO GPT (the AI programme and services)

  • CARBO.CLOUD (the SaaS platform)

  • GETCARBO.CO.UK (the gateway and billing website)

 

By purchasing or subscribing to any of the Services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

 

 

2. Final Refunds Policy

 

All payments made to CARBO are final and non-refundable, at the discretion of CARBO.

 

We do not generally offer refunds for:

 

  • Subscriptions (monthly, annual, or otherwise)

  • Partial billing periods

  • Unused time or unused features

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of usage

  • Account suspension or termination due to breach of terms

 

Once access to the Services is granted, the service is deemed to have commenced - however, we may offer good-will payments and refund in certain circumstances, upon review.

 

 

3. Digital Services and Immediate Access

 

CARBO provides digital services with immediate access upon payment.

 

By completing a purchase or subscription, you:

 

  • Acknowledge that the service begins immediately

  • Explicitly waive any statutory cooling-off period where applicable

  • Accept that no refunds will be issued once access is provided

 

 

4. Trials, Promotions, and Free Plans

 

Where free trials or free tiers are offered:

 

  • They are provided “as is”

  • They may be withdrawn or modified at any time

  • Failure to cancel before the end of a trial will result in charges

 

No refunds are provided for trial-to-paid conversions.

 

 

5. Billing Errors and Exceptional Circumstances

 

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

 

  • Proven duplicate charges

  • Billing system errors directly attributable to us

 

In such cases, the maximum remedy will be a correction or credit, not a refund, unless legally required.

 

 

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

 

Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes:

 

  • Constitute a breach of our Terms and Conditions

  • May result in immediate account suspension or termination

  • May be contested with evidence including usage logs, IP records, and acceptance of this policy

 

 

7. Cancellation

 

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

 

Cancellation:

 

  • Prevents future charges from the end of the current billing period

  • Does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period

  • Allows continued access until the end of the paid term, unless otherwise stated

 

 

8. Legal Compliance

 

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law where a refund is legally required, including where services are not provided with reasonable care and skill.
